Training has been going well and today (Sunday 22/8/21) I ran my furthest distance: 16.2 miles. Psychologically, I now know all I need is to add 10 miles to complete the Marathon distance. You don't know how close I came to packing it in a few months ago following an injury in April but knowing I'd then almost reached £1000, I just had to keep going.
